1. Students Assistants (m/f/d) for the service center special LAM (load handling devices)
20 hrs / week, with immediate effect
Location:
Dortmund
Your tasks:
You will support our service center Special LAM in…
- Calculation of prices and preparation of offers for our customers from industry and trade
- Order processing from the customer’s inquiry to the delivery or commissioning of the load handling device
- Determining requirements and advising the customer – by telephone and on site
- Procurement, quality assurance, inspection of applicable standards and production management
Your profile:
- You are a registered student in the fields of industrial engineering or business administration – ideally with a completed bachelor’s degree
- You have good MS Office skills (especially Word and Excel)
- You work independently, structured and have a hands-on mentality
- You are confident in the use of the German language, both written and spoken

2. Student assistants (m/f/d) in the field of data preparation and maintenance
20 hrs / week, with immediate effect
Your tasks:
- You support us with the collection of our product data for our e-commerce
- You take care of the updating and maintenance of the product data
- You will work closely with our production and Logistics departments together
Your profile:
- You are an enrolled student
- You are confident in the use of the German language, both written and spoken
- You have experience with e-commerce software
(ideally Shopware 5) - You have good knowledge of MS Word and Excel
- You work carefully, accurately and have a hands-on mentality

20 hrs / week, with immediate effect
Your tasks:
- You actively support our marketing team in the content and design development of our social media profiles on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
- Research, target group-oriented preparation and publication of creative contributions and postings
- Support for the production of photos and videos
- Support and interaction with the community
- Monitoring and analysis of social media activities with derivation of recommendations for action
- Close cooperation with other departments
Your profile:
- You are an enrolled student
- You yourself are active on social media channels on a daily basis
- You have a confident feeling for language and enjoy creative copywriting
- You are communicative, work in a structured manner and have a hands-on mentality
- You can identify with our target groups
- You have good MS Office skills
- Ideally you have knowledge in the field of image and video editing
- Tools for monitoring are familiar to you
- You have no inhibitions about contributing personally on our channels.
