DoKEP load securing nets are practical helpers for perfect load securing in the station wagon, van, trailer or truck. With DoKEP, the cargo is optimally secured. The application is very simple: To secure the load the net is placed over it and fixed by means of quick-release straps. Finished is the load securing. The selection of the customized DoKEP nets works just as easily. DoKEP®-SITnet® 500 K

This compact load securing net was developed for easiest and quickest handling. An innovative, patented production process enables the manufacture of a webbing mesh structure without joining seams. This results in a compact, flat and homogeneous load securing net whose mesh structure ensures uniform absorption of the forces applied. Nets with mesh sizes of 175 and 300 mm are available from stock at short notice and can be manufactured in any length and up to 2.95 m wide. The connection to the vehicle is made by means of fastening loops on the edge of the net, which are designed and tested for this purpose. This means that the load-securing net can be used with all standard lashing equipment such as clamp-lock or ratchet lashing straps or quick-release tensioners. These load securing nets comply with VDI 2700 sheet 3.3 and are supplied with the prescribed label.

For the DoKEP separation network, Dolezych has developed a rectangular mesh based on SITnet technology, ensuring optimal security even for small parcel sizes. Another special feature of the separating net is the seamless connection of the mesh crossings. This results in high dimensional stability. Together with the part-elastic function, the assembly aid and the low weight, there are significant handling and time advantages, especially during assembly and disassembly. By eliminating the need for ratchets, clamping operations are optimized.

Side protection net – The textile insertion lath for trucks

The side protection net for trucks replaces wooden and aluminum insertion slats. The net is directly connected to the stanchions and does not need to be tensioned separately. This ensures a significant reduction in weight or increase in payload. The time-consuming handling of conventional insertion slats is eliminated, saving valuable time during loading and unloading. Accidents at the loading points due to insertion laths lying around or falling down are avoided.

The suitability for manufacturer-specific vehicle superstructures according to DIN EN 12642 can be proven by appropriate testing.
according to TÜV certificate 8111412020 (TÜV NORD), the DoKEP TNS® side protection net truck was tested in dynamic driving tests (KÖGEL Curtainsider SN24) with beverage crates in single-layer transport according to DIN EN 12642 (2007-01). It has been certified: Additional securing measures such as tie-down lashing or direct lashing are then no longer required.
