Trainees

There are many opportunities: we offer apprenticeships ranging from warehouse logistics specialist, machine and plant operator and industrial mechanic to wholesale and foreign trademanager. Due to the high rate of trainees that stay with the company, we have many young employees and a very collegial atmosphere.
In addition to the classic training content, the trainee project work focuses on independent work on current topics. This is fun and in addition you can show what you’ve got. You can contribute existing knowledge, implement your own ideas and improve your soft skills. Our project “Seminars by trainees for trainees“, for example, emerged from a trainee project.
That is also possible: An internship abroad, for example in one of our subsidiaries in Poland, Russia or Turkey, is a unique opportunity to broaden your own cultural horizons. Are you fit for the mid-sized business? During your studies you will learn theoretical contents for your future profession – this is sometimes quite dry and to apply these things in reality is often a completely different matter.
