What does your day-to-day work at Dolezych look like?

We see great importance in good working atmosphere, because we are convinced that a good working environment is the prerequisite for being able to do great work. That is why we do everything to ensure that our employees feel comfortable with us. This includes a workplace where you enjoy spending time and a focus on values of togetherness. Many of the Dolezych employees have been with the company for many years. Loyalty is a top priority at the company. Away from working hours, a fitness room offers the opportunity for an exciting table tennis match or a round on the bike, for example, and the annual company parties ensure nice conversations afterwards as well.

Fairness and openness are very important to us when it comes to cooperation in the company. For us, fairness means treating fellow human beings fairly and with respect, communicating at eye level and providing support where it is needed. Openness refers to the unprejudiced approach to new things: this may be a new employee who is welcomed with open arms or a new idea that is met with an open mind. These two pillars are in principle the foundation for social togetherness and are also the basis for a pleasant working day in our company.
At Dolezych we have a “mixed” age structure: employees who have been with the company for many years and have an enormous amount of experience as well as many younger employees who started their career at Dolezych as trainees and are now employed in the specialist departments. We consider this mix to be an important success factor.
