What do we do to make your start with us easier?
Thomas Gurski, the sales director for textile lifting slings and part of Dolezych since 2016 is working in his hometown of Dortmund for the first time since 1999: “There is nothing like home! My colleagues made my first days in Dortmund very easy for me.”
Your start with us should be as easy as possible for you. We want you to quickly become a part of the Dolezych team.
Company and workplace
This includes getting to know the company and your workplace. An information folder helps you to quickly get an overview of the company’s structures. You want to know where a certain colleague is located or how the internal PC folder structure is organized? You will also find this information in the welcome folder.
New colleagues
Just as important as getting to know the company and the workplace is, of course, meeting your new colleagues. You will get to know them right at the beginning during a small guided tour through the premises.
